Just got treatment today so I can’t quite speak on the results yet, but injector Tanner was so personable and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable with how much he emphasized patient centered approach :)

I had an amazing experience at Chapter Aesthetics Studio. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and beautifully curated. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. During the consultation Kathleen was exceptional — thoughtful, precise, and explained clearly with care. I left feeling confident, and genuinely interested in becoming a client. If you’re looking for professionalism, expertise, and an elevated experience, I highly recommend Chapter Aesthetics Studio.

My chapter studio is the only place on Earth that made me feel really great about myself. I’ve just been going through difficult times and the staff here most especially Kristen are like angels sent down from up above. Everyone made me feel more than welcome and comfortable. It’s a huge office and nicely decorated too! I will be happy to recommend them to friends and relatives and of course I will keep on coming back, since they’re also so close to where I live. I've been to six different Botox shops, having lived in Chicago for three years; Chapter Aesthetic has ended my search. I was so happy with my one on one consultation with Emma. I didn't feel like I was in a factory on Groupon day, it was so personalized and calming. It didn't seem like the usual sales pitch I had been preparing myself to endure. The procedure was the least painful of the prior five experiences which made me realize Emma knew what she was doing and had a load of experience. In addition to Xeomin, I bought the Vitamin C serum for my face and am very pleased with the results from both. My before and after photos were quite dramatic, this was also the first place I've been to that took before and after photos. I highly recommend the $99 membership, I joined because it made financial sense to me. Every penny you pay goes towards your treatments, and I love the B12 shots for members. They have a happy and return customer for as long as I live in the area. Thank you again Emma, for your time. Great staff all around BTW.

I have been looking for a med spa to transform my skin. I was hoping to get a plan moving forward but my first experience was just sub par. I took advantage of a hydrafacial special and I made it clear when I called to book what I was looking for long term. Nothing was addressed during my appointment. Coming from managing a salon spa I am very familiar with how to provide services in a way that is relaxing and thorough. When I went to pay they tried to charge me full price until I said I saw the special. This was all communicated prior to my appointment. I know this because it was brought up that I wanted to bring someone with me and that was addressed. Needless to say I am still on a search fo my long term skin needs. Disappointed in the experience after doing quite a bit research before booking.

I've had a great experience here. Every team member I've interacted with is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the space is always clean and welcoming. Sabina is great - she always checks in to make sure that the laser setting is okay that day (some days are sensitive leg days!) and draws a grid system on my legs to make sure she doesn't miss anything. Would absolutely recommend this location. 💯

I had a great consultation with Kathleen. She really took the time to understand my needs and long term goals. Emma did my Cool peel treatment today and did a great job. I’ve been to plenty of medical aesthetic studios in the past and this was a great and easy experience. Highly recommend.

Bait-and-switch tactics. This place is extremely shady and not upfront about pricing. I was sent a 50% off coupon, and when I called, I was told Botox would start as low as $6 per unit. They refused to clearly explain pricing over the phone. Once I arrived, the entire experience felt like a used car sales lot. Instead of honoring what was discussed, they immediately tried to push a membership on me. When I said no and was already in the chair for the procedure, they suddenly charged me more than the lowest price listed on their own price sheet. They never disclosed how many units were being injected, repeatedly deflecting by saying pricing was “per area,” which is deliberately misleading. Transparency was nonexistent from start to finish. This is absolutely not the level of professionalism or honesty I’m used to. If you’re considering this place, run. There are countless reputable, transparent aesthetic providers in Chicago. NEVER AGAIN.

Kathleen was amazing!! I am so grateful that she was able to educate me and she was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Giovanna was great at explaining all of the prices in a discreet manner and made me feel welcomed. WILL come back!!

This place is sketch. I’ve been getting Botox for years, I understand what areas I need it and how many units I want. They were running a deal so I decided to try them out, I should have realized since they don’t have pricing online they were going to be weird. They kept saying the treat the area and don’t do units, so they price per total area such as the forehead regardless of how many units you actually want vs. need. When he was explaining this I asked why they would inject nonexistent crows feet and he didn’t seem to have an answer. They also were trying to push a membership during the consult. Just so everyone knows- they wanted close to $1,000 for Botox in your forehead alone UNLESS you became a paying member, then it was like $700 for the forehand. Absolutely nuts, that’s like triple the pricing for that area at most places in Chicago. I left after saying the pricing ridiculous compared to typical units. Please do your research and make sure you get more than one quote at other medspas so you don’t get robbed here.
