I had my explant surgery with Dr. Rai on January 29, and I truly could not be more pleased with my experience. From my very first appointment through my one-month follow-up today, he has been exceptional in every way. Dr. Rai is incredibly kind, compassionate, and smart. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions — and then some — in depth. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. He made sure I fully understood the procedure, recovery process, and what to expect at every stage. What stood out to me the most was how personally invested he is in his patients. He called me himself multiple times to check on me after surgery, which meant so much. On the day of surgery, he even held my hand in the operating room while waiting for the anesthesia to kick in. That level of care and reassurance is something I will never forget. At my one-month follow-up, I’m healing beautifully and couldn’t be happier with my results.
