Love this spa for a true experience of relaxation and treating yourself. A great escape in Fresno! Complimentary wine or tea with your massage and option to wear robe and hang out in their lounge. Love going to their pop ups and parties.

Beautiful facility but subpar services. All the staff and technicians are all nice, but very young and inexperienced. 5 minutes into my "deep tissue massage", I knew immediately my masseuse was very inexperienced. She was incredibly gentle despite asking for more pressure. I didn't pay $140 to have oil softly brushed on me with weak and shaky unconfident hands. That was the worst massage I've ever had. It felt like I was getting a crummy massage from a first time student at a massage school. 0/10 recommend.

If you want to throw away your hard earned money, go ahead and book your massage at La Peau. The “1 hour” session they book you for is not a full hour. It’s more like a 50 minute session. They’ll gaslight you and say it’s because you didn’t arrive early. However, the front desk can’t handle people checking out and checking in simultaneously. So they end up taking our massage time and blame it on you not arriving at least 15 mins before your appointment even if you do. Additionally, I get the strict no cancellation fee, but how about you being accountable for not scheduling it into your system and inconveniencing your customers when they do show up and your system doesn’t have it? If I hadn’t got a gift card, I would not have returned again, but I had to use the remaining value. If you expect your customers to be held to a certain standard, you should do the same for your establishment especially with the prices.

Amazing people and atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. I was a little scared but after my appointment I am definitely going back. Found my new spa. If you for ask for Alma, she is the best!

Recently had a fantastic HydraFacial experience! The welcoming staff and the beautiful spa created a refreshing atmosphere. Leaving the spa, I felt renewed. Highly recommend, I had the best experience!

I can’t rave enough about this place! Everything about La Peau is absolutely amazing. Their new location is in a prime location and is in the most beautiful building! Their space is very well thought out & is clean, fresh, modern & very relaxing. They now offer a relaxation room where you can sip on a beverage of choice in a cozy robe before or after your treatment. Their staff is knowledgeable & the owner, Aimee is a doll! She does an incredible job in helping each & every client find treatments specific to their skin type/problem areas. I’ve gotten a number of different services done at La Peau & can’t wait to go back!

Pretty classy joint. Conveniently located for me, great vibe and friendly people working there. I got my back waxed and I’m a total baby but the girl who waxed me was great! I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Incredibly Unprofessional I made an appointment several days before but they canceled on me last minute at 10:30 PM evening, the next morning I got the message. I called them to please call me to reschedule. They never called me back. I feel something is NOT right. It also could be that they didn’t like me because my name was different.

I left very annoyed today. I was sent my annual birthday 10 percent off. I use it every year. Normally I book a massage and a facial but this year I decided to book a package. I just had twins and I was trying to treat myself. I told the receptionist at booking I had a birthday 10 percent coupon. She assured me that even though I was putting down a deposit that my coupon could still be applied to the package and that it would all be worked out at the end. Cool. I put down 160 dollars as a deposit for a 320 dollar package. The total with my discount should have been 320-32(10 percent) = 288. I paid 160 in advance, so my total at the end should have been 128, plus tip, which I always leave. I get to the end of my relaxing day and go to pay- and first the receptionist tells me that because I paid a deposit she can’t take my coupon and I could use it some other time?? It’s a birthday month coupon and it’s Jan 27th. So no. Then she figures out how to work the computer and tells me it’s not off the entire package, it’s just one service in the package and she “doesn’t think” the coupon applies to packages. And she “doesn’t think” I should be able to take 32 dollars off my service. Nowhere in my email does it say it doesn’t apply to packages- just not discounts or promotions. Which this wasn’t, this was something off their menu 365 days a year. I have applied it to my total visit multiple times in the past. Then in all of this arguing my gift card gets forgotten, and she tells me it’s too late. I’m just really annoyed- I get one day to myself. And it was completely ruined at the end. I told her I wanted someone to call me, so we will see what happens with that. But that I even have to have a conversation with anyone at all is ridiculous- I discussed all of this when I booked the appointment.

I had the BEST girls this day past weekend and the icing on the cake was the facial at LA Peau. As soon as I walked in the building there was this wonderful eucalyptus scent that filled the air, the building is gorgeous and feels luxurious as you walk in the massive doors and up the staircase. The salon entry has an adorable gift shop when you walk in, there are beautiful chandeliers and relaxing classical music playing. The staff were so sweet and I instantly felt relaxed and welcomed. After being greeted we were offered a beverage and escorted to the lounge where there was comfortable seating and snacks. The facial I received was AMAZING it was relaxing and put me to sleep--my skin felt and looked so good afterwards. I was so impressed at how high end the experience felt yet the prices were crazy affordable. There is no doubt that I will be a returning customer and will be referring all my friends and family.
