I loved my treatments and results at Body By Bae. Before coming here, I tried a couple of different places that offered the same treatments. However, their techs had no technique and no knowledge of the treatments they were administering. However, Gloria did a fantastic job on my cavitation and wood treatments. She knows what she’s doing and is so kind. I highly recommend!!

To start I was on time for my appointment I called several times no answer I waited 15 minutes. On my way to my car I received a call back stating tech is late and if I’m still in building turnaround if able! Parking is $7+ by the way! I go back up still no one at office then here comes the owner she did not greet me, apologize, or appeared to be friendly! She talked on the phone about her staff of how the tech made up a lie to why she was running late for my appointment! If I did not really need that service I would’ve left once I went to the restroom after my bad experience. Nicky arrived and she made my experience better to reasons why I didn’t leave a review at first. As of today I was scheduled for my second session with Nicky so glad I called before going to office. Nicky informed me she was no longer there as of today! I am taking a loss and will not reschedule my second session due to my experience and the owner lack of professionalism.

Besides taking a week to get in touch with anyone, the service and attitude I received was a joke. I’ve had issues with her website all week getting an automated reply from her email once I booked online saying someone would get in touch, and as I explained this she proceeded with trying to make it my fault and apparently I don’t know how to use website or instructions. Absolutely zero customer service.

My treatment with Sydney was amazing!!! She listened actively and went over the details of my treatments thoroughly. We also discussed followup and maintenance. I saw results immediately afterwards. I can't wait until my next visit! Thanks again Sydney 💛 …

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! BOOK ELSEWHERE! I booked a service on Friday for 11:30am, drove there from a hour away, showed up on time and the places was closed. Knocked on the door & absolutely no response from anyone. No one came to the door, no one answered the phone, nothing! I left and got a call 4 hours later from a girl name Nicky Marie in attempt to resolve things and later accommodate me. She said on the phone her boss shared my contact information with her to reach out to me, not sure why cause she just made things worse with her poor communication. From there I texted her my availability, she didn’t answer till the DAY OF after I asked if my appointment was confirmed and told me NO! Still no answer from her to resolve the issue or reschedule my appointment. As a business owner myself this experience was very disappointing. I haven’t received one apology. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, just all around a waste of my money. Book elsewhere where they care about you, where and how you spend your money. It’s a lot of places in Houston don’t waste your time.

Sydney was very thorough in explaining each service I was interested in and answered all of my questions. I ended up getting a few services and she checked on me throughout. She's very personable and has great customer service.

My experience was pretty awesome!! My technician, Desmine was thorough in explaining the benefits of their service and gave me pointers on how to improve my results. The only reason I am rating my experience a 4 and not 5 is because no one showed up for my Mothers Day appointment. I had to reschedule for the following day.

This was my fourth time coming here the first two was over two years ago and Bre was amazing, knowledgeable, explained what she was doing and provided recommendations for optimal results. However the past two times I’ve been the techs were unprofessional, neither explained the procedures or the after care to keep in mind and this last time she didn’t even bother to have me sign any consent forms. I don’t even think the cryolipolysis machine was placed correctly considering when I finished it was only cold and numb on one side of my lower abdomen versus the center which was suppose to be the targeted area.

Sydney was amazing and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and was extremely professional. I will definitely be coming back my body looks amazing !!

Love love love love love this place. Great customer service very knowledgeable about procedures being done and very customer service. I really enjoy the fact that they time To do a very comprehensive evaluation as to what your goals will be for the procedures. I love the place so much that I referred my sister and she got body sculpting and quick slim. I can’t get her to stop talking about it to everybody she’s so in love with this place. Already booked her appointment for next Saturday. I would totally recommend this to a more friends and family you’ll love it.
