Clearstone Laser Hair Removal & Med Spa

DO NOT GO HERE. I am not someone who usually makes reviews but this was insane. I have gone to this location for OVER A YEAR. 9 SESSIONS. The service before was great that’s why you see the 5 stars, but the management changed and it is actually horrible now. I just left my LAST appointment here because they tried charging me $200 because “new management” after paying $120 for months now. The management team is SO RUDE. I had a technician JESSICA, who was so rude to me today. She did a horrible job with her laser and she was so off putting the entire session. When I asked her to put sunscreen on me, she left the entire product on my face without rubbing it in. I had to go myself and rub in on AFTER she left the room. I’m telling you, do not give your money to these people. The new management is horrible, the workers are so disrespectful and they treat their customers horribly. DO NOT GO HERE. So heartbreaking to see such a good establishment go to trash. Trust and believe the most recent reviews. Shame!

I can’t say enough great things about Clearstone Laser Hair Removal & Med Spa. My technician, Jessica, has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. As a pretty bashful guy, getting sensitive areas treated can feel a bit awkward, but Jessica has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her personality and professionalism really helped me to relax, which makes a huge difference. I’ve had 4 treatments with her so far, and every visit feels like I’m catching up with a good friend I’ve known for years. She’s so easy to talk to, and the conversations make the time fly by. Honestly, I almost hate to leave when the session is over—but it just gives me something to look forward to with my remaining treatments. Clearstone as a whole is, by far, the best Med Spa I’ve ever been to. The environment is welcoming, the staff is professional, and the quality of care is outstanding. Having Jessica as my technician truly brings the whole experience together. I don’t have much hair left to treat at this point, but I will absolutely be coming back to Clearstone for additional services. They’ve earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going here for about ten years now and have always had a great experience. Susan did my last treatment and was very thorough and made sure that she was using the right level of intensity of laser for each area and was meticulous in checking that she got every spot. The pricing is competitive in comparison with other laser hair removal places.

I am writing this review to recognize the excellent work Jessica did during my laser treatment. She was highly professional and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. I have only positive things to say about my experience with her—she is truly an asset to the company.

My wife and I have been loyal customers for years and we have been paying $25 for "touch up" sessions for the last few years. Apparently Clearstone was bought out and the new owners don't give a shit about loyalty. They now want to charge $79 for the same service, more then 3X. The staff/techs are great, but the greedy new owners have ruined this place.

Went for laser - and was so fortunate I was assigned Sandra. She takes the time to really listen to your concerns/goals and creates an awesome plan to target difficult to treat areas. She’s also super detail oriented and focused while doing laser marking each spot before she gets to it as well as after. And she goes above and beyond teaching you about the different lasers they offer and the scenario each one is used in Will definitely be back for more sessions with her (bought a package haha) If you want the best - Sandra at Clearstone!!
