Would give 10 stars if possible! Hands down the best in Nashville. For over a year, I’ve been doing the monthly mini-chemical peel package with Ms. Roxanne Wilson. She’s has totally transformed my hormonal skin. 10/ 10 recommend!

Dr. Olivia MaDan and her team are amazing! Most of my consults with other surgeons began in the exam room with mostly naked pictures. My visit at Beyond started fully dressed in Dr. MaDan's office and she got to know me while asking about my goals. This was very comforting and I felt as if she was really listened to what I wanted. She explained everything clearly and completely. Her work was impeccable and I am so happy with my results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. MaDan!

I had an amazing experience today with Dr. Olivia and her team at consultation. After going over the crisalix 3D, it really gave me a better visual and understanding of the procedure. I highly recommend Beyond Collective. Dr. MaDan did my first procedure (lip lift- fat transfer). It looks very natural and I really like it. The fat did absorb more than I would have liked but still pleased. Roxanne did my next procedure(Ultra Clear). It was painful but so worth it. My skin looks so much better. She even checked up on me to see how I was progressing. Tonya is a great first impression when u walk in the door and an A+ in hospitality. Marina was so sweet. What I liked the most about the staff is that they are sooo excited for you when discussing procedures and they really do go above and beyond. Even though it is a swanky place, they are down to earth. They make you feel special and beautiful even when you don't always feel so special and beautiful. 5 stars for sure!

Dr. MaDan did my chin liposuction, a procedure I have wanted for 15+ years. I was a little nervous going in as it was my very first plastic surgery experience. Dr. MaDan and her staff immediately made me feel so comfortable, and by the end of my consultation, I went from anxious and a little ashamed to confident and proud to be booking my procedure! Dr. MaDan informed me of risks and recovery and it felt like she really cared about my wellbeing in every step of the process. On the day of my procedure I was not nervous because Dr. MaDan made me feel informed and ready. I was awake for the entire process and it was still so easy! Easier than getting a tattoo for me personally. Beyond is a calming and beautiful space with a skilled and caring staff that I would recommend to anyone. This is the best cosmetic thing I have ever done for myself—a great way to bring more confidence to my 30’s!

Dr. MaDan and her staff were incredibly responsive and genuinely friendly. During my consultation, she took the time to get to know both me and my boyfriend and made sure she fully understood what I hoped to achieve with my breast implant replacement. She was very informative, never rushed, and asked thoughtful questions throughout the process. When she examined my breasts, she was extremely thorough—she even pointed out small imperfections I hadn’t noticed in the 15 years I’d had my implants. She was confident about being able to correct them, which gave me so much reassurance. The surgery center and nursing staff she works with were also wonderful. They reached out proactively to review everything I needed to prepare for surgery and were just as friendly and helpful as her in-office team. I’m now four months post-op, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My breasts look amazing. I highly recommend Dr. MaDan.

I had an incredible experience at BEYOND collective! The team is always professional, kind, and truly skilled at what they do. I had chin liposuction, varicose vein removal, and a 3D Ultra Clear laser treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. MaDan and Roxanne were amazing. Always gentle, and attentive throughout each treatment. They made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their care. I can’t thank them enough for how much they’ve helped me feel like the best version of myself. If you’re considering any cosmetic treatments, I highly recommend BEYOND collective. You’ll be in the best hands!

I do NOT recommend this place. I paid $700 for a mole removal on my face (for the second time) with Dr. Madeen, and the results have been very disappointing. Instead of healing flat as I was told, I was left with a raised scar. The doctor only followed up with me twice. Shortly after, the scar suddenly became bright red and raised overnight. I was very concerned and called the office to have her examine it and determine whether it could be a keloid or something more serious. Instead of seeing me, I was told she would not be able to see me again. Based only on a photo I sent, I was advised to use Aquaphor and was referred to a dermatologist because she has decided not to perform these procedures anymore. This is extremely frustrating. If a doctor chooses to perform a procedure, they should take responsibility for proper follow-up care. Patients should not be passed off to another provider, especially without prior notice. Had I known this in advance, I would not have gone through with the procedure. When I spoke with the office manager, I was told the doctor had already seen me twice, which did not address my concerns at all. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and stressful, and I would not recommend this provider. Also , people there are so unprofessional and not helpful . Save yourself and go somewhere else

I had my breast augmentation consultation with Olivia MaDan yesterday and she was absolutely amazing! She was very informative, made me feel so comfortable, and explained everything clearly. They also used Crisalix 3D imaging, which was so helpful to see what my results would look like beforehand. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, such a great experience!

After consulting with other doctors, I needed to write this. I met with Dr. Madan because I was so happy with a previous surgical experience I had at this office by the doctor who is now retired. On Thursday, I scheduled the surgery for 18 days out and paid a $2200 20% deposit charged to my card on Friday. I had many questions and concerns, which the office assured me would be resolved with my appointment the following Monday. I learned Monday she had not done many of the type I needed, which was a concern. I then spoke to the coordinator, signed the papers, and she mentioned that the doctor wanted photos to help get board-certified. Now I’m in full panic about hiring a Plastic Surgeon who was not board-certified. I stayed up all night, calling as soon as they opened on Tuesday to cancel. I thought they would keep around $500 for the hassle of scheduling the surgery and a second appointment. I never thought they would keep the full $2200 after just TWO business days. They were not responsible for the hospital or anesthesiologist costs. I asked if they could refund a portion of my deposit, given that I had signed the contract less than 20 hours earlier. The office manager said, “That’s not how plastic surgery works,” and “you signed the agreement “. All of the other reputable surgeons I met with wanted a $500 deposit to schedule surgery and would refund if the cancellation was more than a week in advance. As the owner of a small business, given these circumstances, I would never consider keeping a deposit of this amount.
