If I could give this place a 0, I would. This review concerns hair stylist David and salon owner Kimberly. I underwent a highlights treatment with David, during which he left the bleach on my hair for an excessive duration (over an hour). After he washed my hair, I asked him to put my own hair mask so when I get home I can wash & style it myself since I never liked how he styled my hair in past. Upon returning home, I discovered significant hair loss during my shower, a direct result of the overexposure to warmth during the treatment process. Despite my efforts to contact the salon and request the owner's intervention, nearly two weeks have passed with no response. Their lack of professionalism was further evident when they refused to provide their liability insurance information upon my request. Feeling left with no other recourse, I am now pursuing legal action as nobody seems willing to take responsibility for the damage caused. As a consequence, I have been forced to wear a wig in public to conceal the extensive breakage and damage to my hair, which required an additional $500 to rectify by another hairstylist. Despite these efforts, my hair remains far from its former condition, and the recovery process is projected to take another three to four years. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned.

The Head Spa with Anna is AMAZING! I’ve been wanting to try this service for a while and it was sooo worth the wait. I loved the whole experience. Very relaxing. And my stylist even noted 2 weeks later how much healthier my scalp was. I also noticed my hair felt thicker. Not sure if it’s related, but I honestly believe it is. I’m definitely going back again.

This place is incredible. 1 stop shop! Facial, deep tissue massage, mani and pedi! Plus Botox and other facial needs! Incredible place. I will be back! Wonderful sweet staff!

I have never had such an awful experience getting my nails done. My mom had a gift certificate to here so I went with her. I decided to get acrylics because it has been awhile and I miss having nails, well I have cuts on NINE of my fingers, the nail tech that was doing them kept grinding down the acrylic right next to my skin with no regard to where the file was at, she even attempted to file MY SKIN where some of the acrylic color was not coming off. Don’t get me wrong, the lady was very nice, but she should not be doing nails. The way the nails were filed, it left scratches in the acrylic, so now when my nails are under any kind of light they just look dusty and not good. Very upsetting experience

For our daughter’s 25th birthday present I suggested a spa package from El Bella and when she saw the head spa she knew this was what she wanted. Let me tell you, we were so happy with this request. The practitioners know their modality! She and I both experienced the same head spa package. The massage was amazing, head, neck, arms and shoulders, amazing! My daughter has very thick curly hair, so she loved the scalp treatment! I will say, I do have a lot of hair but it’s very fine, so my hair was greasy for days, next time and I will go again, and I will opt in for the additional dry and style.

How do I start? Only reason I decided to give this place a second chance, 15 years later was because I "broke up" with my nail tech of 6 years. I came in looking to get gold chrome with a design on my two middle fingers that would connect together to make a four leaf clover. Well, when they asked us to pick our color I was expecting a wall of colors, instead there was stacks of nail samples of colors that were old, outdated, and when you pick up the stack of nails to look at it feels dirty, filmy, and just not sanitized. The chrome options were limited. Instead of going with chrome i decided to just do white, thinking I'm saving money since I didn't do chrome. The four leaf clover was put on the wrong fingers and trying to connect them to make it look like one does not connect correctly. People build a relationship with their hair dresser and since I don't get my hair styled I like to build some relationship with my nail tech, but the customer service wasn't there, took til almost the end until there was some conversation. In the end what I paid was way more than the person I was seeing for 6 years with a lot less done than what was done here. My daughter had her nails done, as well, and the nail lady cut her a few times ans made them chunky. I guess I'll just make up with my nail guy because at least when I leave there I leave with what I want, great conversation, and a better price. The tech I had, however, does a good job at nails, that's why I gave it 3 stars. But the best way to know how good they are is if they can last the whole month with out one falling off, just like how my old nail tech was.

I would never recommend this salon, even to my worst enemy. My oldest daughter took her little sister and her cousin to get their nails done here on Tuesday (11/23). This place completely took advantage of my daughter who doesn’t get her nails done very often and doesn’t know what questions to ask. She was too shy to speak up when the nail techs were giving her 10 year old cousin and sister nails that were extremely inappropriate for their age. All they saw were dollar signs and a naive girl who wouldn’t know she was being hustled. Lesson learned for my daughter to speak up and ask why she was being charged $175 for 3 manicures… two of which were for 10 year old little girls.

Gigi did my pedicure yesterday and did so great. She took the time to do a great job and didn’t rush like other places. Susie did my daughter’s acrylic nails and my daughter loves them. Susie is really great with designs and shaping the nails just how my daughter wanted them.
