Please check the Yelp reviews! It would have saved me a headache. I was referred here by a close friend and was ecstatic to begin my Accutane journey. I have struggled with my confidence for years because of my acne and clearing up my skin would have changed my life so I was very optimistic when coming to this office. When I showed up for my first appointment, I was told that I had accidentally been booked with the wrong provider and was asked to reschedule. Luckily the correct provider had an opening and I was able to get seen. I walked out of that appointment so excited. After returning a month later to receive my prescription, I was met with lots of difficulties trying to actually obtain my meds. First my provider didn’t complete the requirements, then they never sent it to the correct pharmacy. I called daily in hopes of getting this resolved but I was either not able to reach someone or my requests seemed to be swept under the rug and never addressed. After two weeks of calling and begging for a resolution, I was finally able to pick up my medication and begin the process. Currently, I am meant to have an appointment next week to receive my third month prescription, however, I still have not picked up my second month. It has been a similar cycle of calling repeatedly and leaving voicemails but never receiving a call back and therefore never getting my issues addressed. I came here in hopes of healing my skin and getting my confidence back and this office has failed me. I urge everyone to explore other options. Accutane can already be an intense process on its own, the last thing I needed as a patient was an inadequate and unprofessional team.

I opened the door and right away I experienced a joyful atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to serve me. The doctor was thorough and kind. Intial visit was guick and hassel free. Top notch office. Thank you.

Great Dr and great practice and didn’t sit around. Waiting to be called and was called back at my appointment time as usual. I wouldn’t go anywhere else A+ experience.

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE PATIENTS TO TRUST THEIR INSTINCTS, ADVOCATE FOR THEIR CONCERNS & FOLLOW UP DIRECTLY ON ANY BIOPSY RESULTS! During my visit, I requested removal of two moles that were concerning to me. I was told they “looked fine” and removal was initially declined. I explained that they were bothering me and that I wanted them removed, only after I persisted were they taken off. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The physician appeared frustrated, rolled his eyes, and left the room without clearly communicating next steps before returning to proceed. I felt as though I was interrupting his time, which made it difficult to feel that my concerns were being taken seriously. One of those lesions was later diagnosed as melanoma. I was never contacted directly about these results and instead found out through a certified letter stating that attempts had been made to reach me. I do not show any texts, email or calls other than to confirm the appointment. The required surgical removal was significant and resulted in a large incision and severe scarring. I was not prepared for the extent of the procedure or recovery until the I walked into the removal appointment. This had a real impact on my daily life as I was unable to drive home or take care of my young children without help. I would not recommend this provider or location based on my experience. Not all patients will feel comfortable pushing back or advocating for themselves, and situations like this raise concern that serious conditions could be overlooked or not clearly communicated.

Very disappointed in my Experience, very quick very rushed and very dismissive. I felt like I was in there for maybe three minutes for a full body check and other skin issue. I know time is money and these doctors are on a tight schedule, but this was something else. Would not give a recommendation and will not be going back.

Terrible practice. First off, the doctor didn’t bother to read my chart and started diagnosing me from the doorway despite my having chronic health conditions. I was willing to tolerate it though because my skin care is stable and I just need someone to approve refills of my medication. Unfortunately this practice doesn’t seem capable of doing that. Pharmacy contacted them multiple times as did I without anyone returning the call or approving the script. I had to drive over only to be told that, on Fridays where they are open all day, they don’t have any providers or nurses in that can approve the medication. Turns out my provider is no longer even with the practice which no one bothered to tell me. I’m also told the practice manager will call me who also isn’t in on Fridays. Then I was told they spoke to the manager, who supposedly wasn’t in, and reiterated they’d call but that has not happened and I still don’t have medication I need. Don’t waste your time here.

Brian and his staff are always very professional and friendly. You are able to see Brian pretty much on time. You may have to wait a few minutes. Have been using your office for a number of years now.

This place has gone downhill. I went in for a body check a year ago. I waited a long time, and the Doctor was in the room for less than a few minutes. I had to stop him and ask him to answer some basic questions I had as he was trying to leave the room. They scheduled me for another appointment a year later, and then charged me for not showing up. I did not have a good experience and did not make a follow-up appointment. There are better places. Don't waste your time

My appt was for 12:00, at 12:25 I asked the front desk if they had forgotten about me. The receptionist went to the back to check. Came back, no I wasn't forgotten. Dr. was with a pt. At 12:40, I went back up to see how much longer I needed wait. She checked, I was the next pt and at that time told he was running 20 minutes behind. I told her it was longer than 20 minutes, if he was behind they needed to let the patients know. The lobby had more pts to be seen after me, so they were going to be sitting there 45 minutes or longer. I understand Dr.s can get behind, 45 minutes seems unreasonable to me, however; the office should be informing pts and how long their wait maybe.
